Information UCC Gathers and Tracks

UCC gathers two types of information about users:
  • Information that users provide on our web site. This information is gathered on our Enrollment (Sign Up) Form and on our Customer Account Interface (Uphill Credit Consultants Portal) and includes name, address, contact information, Social Security Number, date of birth, and billing information.
  • Information UCC gathers through usage tracking which records page views throughout our site. This information allows us to better tailor our content to readers’ needs and to help us better understand the demographics of our audience.

Usage Tracking

UCC tracks traffic patterns and overall site usage statistics using data gathered from browser strings (information contained in every user’s browser) and IP addresses, but this data is never associated with individual users. UCC also tracks search terms that users enter in public search engines.
